The story begins with Attilio Bindi, a Tuscan restaurateur and founder of the company, who arrived in Milan with his family and in 1946, with his two sons, Romano and Rino, opened a small pastry shop on Via Larga, one of Milan’s historic streets, and with the bicycle began a new concept of dessert.
