Bring two fingers of water to the boil in a shallow, wide saucepan, pour in the still-frozen Catalogna chicory Foglia Più cubes, preferably in a single layer, cover and cook for 8 minutes from the moment the boiling starts again. When the vegetables are cooked, drain them from the water, pull them up with a slotted spoon and season to taste.
