A typical soup of the Tuscan peasant tradition, ribollita originated as a bread or bean soup and is universally known as a tasty and rich dish. There are many local variations, depending on customs and availability of ingredients, although cabbage, white beans and sourdough bread should never be missing.
Mixed vegetables (black cabbage 11% in finished product, Savoy cabbage, carrots, SEDAR), water, white beans 15%, cannellini beans 12%, tomato puree, sourdough type "0" soft wheat bread croutons 3%, onion, extra virgin olive oil, tomato, leek, salt, shallot, garlic.
In pot (5 minutes): Pour the frozen Zuppa Ribollita into a pot of appropriate capacity and add 250 ml water. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes from boiling, turning a couple of times. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
