Fresh pasta filata with truffle flavour (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, dehydrated summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), 0.12%, flavouring, rennet, lactic enzymes); breadcrumbs: (wheat flour, salt, colouring: vegetable charcoal; brewer's yeast, paprika); dough: (wheat flour, salt, water);
Store at -18°C; roast in a hot oven (210°C) for approx. 8/10 minutes without defrosting. Fry in hot oil (190°C) for 2/3 minutes without defrosting. Allow the product to rest for a few minutes before serving.
