The ultimate wellness side dish, with cauliflower, carrots and broccoli, in a convenient 1kg package. Tricolor Vegetables can be steamed, pan-fried or cooked in a pot. They can also be prepared in the microwave, making them perfect for small kitchens.
Vegetables in varying proportions: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots.
Pan: 12 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of oil and 1/4 l water, put the lid on, and let it cook 12 minutes over moderate heat and use as desired. Pot: 6 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into salted boiling water, wait until the water comes back to a boil and let cook 6 minutes, drain and use as desired. Steam oven: 8 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a perforated baking dish and place in a steam oven at 98 °C. Wait until temperature is restored and let bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven and use in the desired way.
