Tasty when sautéed with garlic and semi-dried tomatoes; for a grittier taste they can be sautéed with extra-virgin olive oil, poached garlic, red pepper and anchovy fillets.

In Pan (11 minutes): Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of oil, put the lid on, and let it cook 11 minutes over moderate heat and use as desired. In steam oven (8 minutes): Spread the still-frozen product in a perforated baking dish and place in a steam oven at 98 °C. Wait until the temperature is restored and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
