Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after thawing. Frying pan: 2 minutes. Pour frozen Fogliabella Spinach into a nonstick skillet with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (or your favorite seasoning) and a pinch of salt, if desired, cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove the lid, stir, and cook for 2 minutes more.
