Soy balls 36% (restructured and rehydrated soy flour, sunflower oil, potato flakes (potato, rosemary extract), onion, breadcrumbs (wheat), toasted soy flour, wheat gluten, egg white, rice flour, parsley, salt, sugar, oregano, garlic, black pepper), green beans, carrots, chickpeas, spinach, peas, edamame soy. May contain traces of SENAPE, MILK derivatives and CELERY. Produced in a factory that uses broad beans.
Ventilated oven: 7 minutes. Place the product still frozen in a baking tray lined with baking paper with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 7 minutes. Frying pan: 7 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a non-stick pan with half a glass of water and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
