Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after defrosting. Ventilated oven: 10 minutes. Spread the still frozen product out on a baking tray and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 190°C. Wait until the temperature is reached again and bake for 10 minutes. Pan: 14 minutes. Place the still frozen product in a non-stick pan and bake on a medium heat for 14 minutes.
