Ventilated oven: 21 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a baking tray and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 180°C. Wait for the temperature to be restored and bake 21 minutes. Pan: 18 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into boiling salted water, wait for the water to come back to the boil and cook 18 minutes, drain and use as desired. Microwave: 5 minutes. Prepare a 150g portion of still-frozen product, pour into a microwave-safe container, close with lid and cook at 800 watts for 5 minutes. Steam oven: 21 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product on a perforated baking tray and place in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait until the temperature is restored and bake for 21 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
