Romanesco cauliflower is a wonderful vegetable with countless uses in the kitchen. Enjoy it au naturel seasoned with oil and spices or use it as a main ingredient tasty and refined first and main courses.

Microwave: 3 minutes. Prepare a portion of still-frozen product equal to 150g, pour into a microwave-safe container, close with lid and cook at 800 watts for 3 minutes. Steam oven: 5 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a perforated baking dish and place in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait until temperature is restored and let bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired. Pan: 8 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 8 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and let cook 8 minutes on moderate heat and use in the desired way. Pot: 5 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into salted boiling water, wait until the water comes back to a boil and let it cook 5 minutes, drain and use in the desired way.
