Ventilated oven: 8 minutes Spread the still-frozen product in a baking dish and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 170°C. Wait until temperature is restored and bake 8 minutes. Use as desired. Pot: 3 minutes Pour the still-frozen product into salted boiling water, wait for the water to come back to a boil, and let cook 3 minutes. Drain and use as desired. Microwave: 3 minutes Prepare a portion of still-frozen product equal to 125 g, pour into a microwave-friendly container, close with lid and cook at 800W for 3 minutes. Steam oven: 4 minutes Spread the still-frozen product in a perforated baking dish and place in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait until temperature is restored and let cook 4 minutes.
