Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake for 9 minutes from rising temperature. Pan: 7 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a non-stick pan with 200 g water and 45 - 50 g extra virgin olive oil. Cover with lid and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: 4 minutes. Prepare a 250 g portion of still-frozen product, pour into a microwave-safe container, close with lid and cook at 800 watts for 4 minutes.
