Potatoes 64%, green beans, carrots, sunflower oil, mozzarella cheese, egg powder, milk powder, chives, modified corn starch, salt, turmeric 0.15%.
Ventilated oven: 13 minutes. Preheat oven to 220°C, place the potato flans, still frozen, on a wire rack with baking paper. Bake at half height and bake for 13 minutes, turning halfway through. In a static oven increase the time by 1 minute Frying pan: 12 minutes. Line a non-stick pan with baking paper, heat it up and arrange the frozen potato flans, without overlapping them. Cover and cook over a low heat for 7 minutes, turning once. Remove the lid and cook for a further 5 minutes, turning often.
