Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after thawing. Pan: 1 minute. Pour the still-frozen product into salted boiling water, wait until the water comes back to boil and let it cook 1 minute, drain and use in the desired way. Steam oven: 2 to 3 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a perforated baking dish and place in a steam oven at 98 °C. Wait until temperature is restored and allow to bake 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
