The vegetables of traditional caponata, already cleaned, cut evenly, only to be seasoned as desired. Vegetable Preparation for Caponata is a mix to always have on hand, to prepare a super tasty side dish in no time and with few tools. Try it in pots as well!
Vegetables in varying proportions: pre-fried eggplant (eggplant, sunflower seed oil), grilled zucchini, grilled peppers, grilled onion, semi-dried tomatoes. May contain traces of EGGS, SOY, MILK and dairy products.
Ventilated oven: 8 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a baking dish and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 190 °C. Wait until temperature is restored and bake 8 minutes. Use as desired. Pan: 8 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick pan, put the lid on and let it cook 8 minutes over moderate heat and use as desired.
