Vegetables in varying proportions: potatoes, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, courgettes, green beans, celery, cauliflower, Savoy cabbage, peas, spinach, leek, borlotti beans.
Store at a temperature of < - 18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Pot: 25 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product with a trickle of oil and 1.2 litres of water, put the lid on and cook 25 minutes on a moderate heat and use as desired.
