Orogel Lightness side dish is a perfect mix of carrots, green beans, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, snow peas, and onions. Versatile in the kitchen: try it not only as a side dish but also to make a cold pasta or omelet.
In varying proportions: carrots, green beans, cauliflower, peppers, broccoli, onions, jackdaws (mangetout peas).
Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after thawing. Frying pan: 7 minutes. Pour the frozen Lightness Side dish into a nonstick skillet with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, if desired. Cover and cook for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Microwave: 8 minutes. Place the unopened bag on a plate, seal back side up. Place plate in microwave and start it for 8 minutes. When finished cooking, remove plate and pouch from microwave and wait 1-2 minutes before opening the package. Pour the Lightness Side dish into a bowl and use it as desired. The cooking time should increase by 1 minute for every 100 watts of power less. Caution: do not open or puncture the package before placing it on the microwave. After cooking the pouch is very hot, touch it only at the ends.
