A well-balanced mix of legumes and grains for a versatile soup that can also be quickly prepared in the microwave. You can also prepare it in a pot for a good and beautiful result!
Legumes 28% (lentils, red azuki beans, white beans, borlotti beans, chickpeas, peas, cannellini beans, green beans), water, partially cooked grains 16% (barley, spelt wheat, water), potatoes, tomato puree, tomato, onion, SEDAN carrots, buckwheat, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic. Produced in a factory that uses fava beans.
Pot: 8 minutes. Pour the Frozen Legume and Grain Soup into a pot of appropriate capacity, add 500 ml water. Wait for the water to come to a boil again and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: 6 minutes. Prepare a portion of still-frozen product equal to 250g, pour into a microwave-safe container, close with lid and cook at 800 watts for 6 minutes.
