Campagnole potatoes are natural, not pre-fried, easy to prepare and perfect for livening up parties and barbecues. Great as a versatile side dish, suitable for pairing with all types of meat and fish, especially grilled, breaded or baked.

In a ventilated oven (25 minutes): Pour the Potatoes into a baking pan lined with baking paper, arranging them in a single layer. Bake in preheated oven at 190-200° for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through baking. Static oven: pour the Potatoes into a baking pan lined with baking paper, arranging them in a single layer. Bake in preheated oven at 210-220° for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through baking. We suggest not overcooking, but only until lightly browned.
