Sweet and juicy, skinless roasted yellow and red peppers are a highly serviceable product: they are already peeled and are ideal for light preparations, mirror sauces and vegetable creams.

Ventilated oven: 7 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a baking tray and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 180 °C. Wait for the temperature to be restored and bake for 7 minutes. Pan: 8 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, put the lid on and cook for 8 minutes on a moderate heat and use as desired. Microwave: 3 minutes. Prepare a portion equal to 120 grams. Pour into a microwave-safe container, close the lid and cook at 800 watts for 3 minutes.
