Ventilated oven: 6 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a baking dish and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 180°C (350°F). Wait until temperature is restored and bake 6 minutes. Use as desired. Pan: 6 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, put the lid on and let cook 6 minutes over moderate heat and use as desired. Microwave: 3 minutes. Prepare a portion of still-frozen product equal to 100 g, pour into a microwave-safe container, close with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.
