Always crispy, colorful and tasty: The Grand Battered Mixed Fry is a must for buffets, mixed fry-ups, appetizers or as a snack. Thanks to the cornmeal batter, it retains its crispness even when prepared in the oven.
Contains: Wheat, milk and eggs.
Vegetables in varying proportions 50% (zucchini, spinach, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, broccoli), cornmeal, water, sunflower oil, wheat flour, salt, natural flavor. May contain traces of milk and eggs.
Ventilated oven: 13 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a baking dish and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 200°C. Wait until temperature is restored and bake 13 minutes. Remove from oven, adjust salt and serve. Deep fryer: 6 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into boiling oil at 185°C for 6 minutes until golden and crisp, drain and pat dry with frying paper. Adjust salt and serve.
