IN A TRADITIONAL OVEN: place the still-frozen product on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200-210°c for 7-8 minutes. once the product has thawed, do not refreeze, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN: place the still-frozen product on the turntable and cook on medium power for 3-4 minutes. IN A FRYING PAN OR FRYER: fry in plenty of hot oil at 180-190°c for 5-7 minutes.
