Wait until temperature is restored and allow to bake 12 minutes. Remove from oven, squeeze lightly and use in desired. In pan Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil and 5 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and let cook 18 minutes over moderate heat and use in the desired manner. Pan: 14 minutes Pour the still-frozen product into salted boiling water, wait until the water comes back to a boil and let cook 14 minutes, drain, squeeze lightly and use as desired.
