Falafels are patties, in the small 10-gram size, made with chickpeas and spices, with a strong aromatic flavor. They retain all their texture and crunchiness whether cooked in a ventilated oven or in a deep fryer.
Chickpeas 72%, sunflower oil, onion, modified corn starch, chopped cilantro, parsley, cumin powder, lemon juice concentrate, salt, garlic, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate; coriander powder, turmeric, chili pepper. May contain traces of MILK and dairy products, SEDAN, SOY, EGGS. Produced in a factory that uses fava beans.
Ventilated oven: 9 minutes. Place the still-frozen product on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 210°C. Wait until temperature is restored and bake for 9 minutes. Deep fryer: 4 minutes. Bring the oil in the fryer to 175°C. Pour in the still-frozen product and cook for 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy . Remove from fryer and let stand 1 minute before serving.
