Grilled eggplants, breadcrumbs, water, wheat flour '00', smoked Provola cheese, Provolone cheese, Grana Padano D.O.P. black olives, béchamel sauce, salt, sunflower oil, pepper.
Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after defrosting. Conventional oven: Bake in a hot oven at 200/210°C for 7-8 minutes. Frying pan: Fry in hot oil at 180/190°C for 5-6 minutes, turning constantly. Microwave: Cook for 3-4 minutes at medium power.
