Steam oven: 13 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a perforated baking dish and place in a steam oven at 98 °C. Wait until temperature is restored and allow to bake 12 minutes. Remove from oven, squeeze lightly and use as desired. Frying pan: 13 minutes. Pour into a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of oil, put the lid on, and let cook 13 minutes over moderate heat and use in the desired way. Pan: 12 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into salted boiling water, wait until the water comes back to a boil and let cook 12 minutes, drain, squeeze lightly and use in the desired way.
