Thanks to its handy format, Bieta Erbetta Cubello is perfect for steaming in the oven in a Gastronorm pan. Bieta erbetta is perfect as a natural side dish and as a filling for focaccia, savoury pies and cress.

Pan: 14 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, put the lid on and cook for 14 minutes over a moderate heat and use as desired. Pan: 12 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into boiling salted water, wait for the water to come back to the boil and let it cook 12 minutes, drain, squeeze lightly and use as desired. Steam oven: 12 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product on a perforated baking tray and place in a steam oven at 98 °C. Wait until the temperature is restored and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, squeeze lightly and use as desired.
