Delicious cubes of eggplant pre-fried in sunflower oil make for a richly serving product. They are the perfect ingredient for stuffing pizzas and focaccias and as a base for traditional Italian side dishes and sauces.
Eggplant, sunflower seed oil.
Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after thawing. Frying pan: 10 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick frying pan, put the lid on and let it cook 10 minutes at moderate heat and use in the desired way. Ventilated oven: 8 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a baking pan and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 190°C. Wait until temperature is restored and bake 8 minutes. Use as desired. Microwave: 3 minutes. Prepare a portion of still-frozen product equal to 100 g, pour into a microwave-safe container, close with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.
