Store at a temperature of < - 18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Steam oven: 10 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product on a perforated baking tray and place in steam oven at 98 °C. Wait for the temperature to be restored and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired. Pan: 16 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 6 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and leave to cook for 16 minutes over a moderate heat and use as desired. pot: 11 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into boiling salted water, wait for the water to come back to the boil and leave to cook 11 minutes, drain and use as desired.
