Ventilated oven: 10 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a baking dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 190 °C. Wait until temperature is restored and bake 10 minutes. Pan: 12 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and cook over moderate heat for 12 minutes
