Mozzarella 50% (MILK, salt, rennet, LACTIC ferments), semi-finished product for breading (SUGAR flour, water, yeast, salt, paprika, coloring: E160c), water, SUGAR flour, maize flour, salt, sunflower oil, maize starch, whole egg powder, dietary fibre (SUGAR), raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate
Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after defrosting. Deep fryer: Deep fry in hot oil at 180/190°C for 3-4 minutes. Frying pan: Fry in plenty of hot oil at 180/190°C for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
