Pan: 11 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 250 ml water. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 11 minutes. Ventilated oven: 8 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a baking dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and place in a ventilated oven preheated to 160°C. Wait until temperature is restored and bake 8 minutes.
