Store at a temperature < - 18°C. Do not refreeze the product after thawing. Steam oven: 14 minutes. Spread the still-frozen product in a perforated baking dish and place in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait until temperature is restored and allow to bake 14 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired. Pan: 16 minutes. Pour into a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of oil and 7 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and let cook 16 minutes over moderate heat and use in the desired way. Pot: 13 minutes. Pour the still-frozen product into salted boiling water, wait until the water comes back to a boil and let cook 13 minutes, drain and use as desired.
