Frozen artichoke bottoms are ideal for all kitchens that need high quality standards, happy serving and cooking performance. Already cleaned, washed and perfectly intact, artichoke bottoms are ready to steam in a few minutes and lend themselves to many recipes.

Artichoke bottoms, acidity corrector: citric acid.

Frying pan: 16 minutes. Cook for 16 minutes in a non-stick pan with a little oil, 10 tablespoons of water and close with a lid. Steam oven: 11 minutes. Steam oven for 11 minutes from 98 °C.
