In 1990 Siegfried Gasser and his wife Bernadette founded the Gasser Bakery in Luson and today their children are also part of the family business. Only high-quality ingredients are used for baking: the best varieties of flour, pure mountain water from Luson, natural yeast or their own sourdough. The typical hand-sculpted Schüttelbrot is made exclusively from cereals from the South Tyrolean Regiograno project and has already won numerous awards.
