It is created by skilfully blending cream fats, sugars and high quality milk in a skilful ombination: ingredients that bring out all its virtues, a real joy for the palate! Our cream has a minimum fat content of 38%. Used to make our creams, it is made from good fresh Italian milk. It is processed naturally, to preserve its naturalness and enhance the fullness and roundness of its taste. Our high-quality milk and cream come from cows bred and controlled in Italy, guaranteeing the entire production chain of the final product. A combination of vegetable fibres allows this product to be unique, without the need to use the most common emulsifiers.
