For more than 100 years, Latteria Vipiteno has been producing unique dairy products from the best alpine milk. In particular, it is the Sterzing yoghurt that has earned its reputation. In the dairy's assortment you will find more than 100 varieties, ranging from whole milk yoghurts of organic quality to imaginative creations made from hay milk to gluten-free and lactose-free low-fat yoghurts. The Sterzing Dairy not only produces excellent yoghurt, but also excellent butter. It is clear that the most important ingredient is and always will be milk. Every day, the dairy is supplied with fresh milk by around 600 farmers in a catchment area of no more than 40 kilometres. Some of the milk comes from farms at an altitude of 1,300 metres above sea level. So it's no wonder that the products of the Sterzing dairy taste so fresh and Alpine!
