In his own chocolate factory, the Oberhöller company in Val Sarentino, Anton Oberhöller processes one of the finest varieties of cocoa beans: Valhrona cocoa. In addition to cocoa creams and hazelnut chocolate, the family-run company is constantly striving to create new combinations, combining the chocolates with regional ingredients, from Schüttelbrot to mountain pine. The white almond cream with pure vanilla and whole milk, without preservatives, is a real sweet delight.
