The production of homemade ice cream is our passion. Since 1998 we have been producing our legendary Venostes ice cream according to the Italian artisan tradition, following the highest existing quality standards and with the best ingredients. The original inhabitants of the Vinschgau Valley. They are the patrons for our homemade ice cream, which we produce in our ice cream laboratory in the heart of the Vinschgau Valley.
