Since 1998 Nikolaus Lantschner and his family have been running the Eggerhof farm in Aldino on Monte Regolo at an altitude of 1,200 meters. The Lantscher family is committed to the production of healthy food, the production of eggs from free-range hens and the breeding of breeding cows. With fresh eggs from the Eggerhof farm and non-GMO wheat flour, chef Erich Gruber creates egg pasta in many variations and combines it with appropriate sauces. Our production philosophy is to use neither colorants nor preservatives.
