With Capriz, we strive not only to expand South Tyrol's culinary potential, but also to revitalize goat breeding and to help revive the market for South Tyrolean milk. Capriz soft cheese is produced according to the French model. However, our fromellier is always on the lookout for new taste experiences and therefore continues to experiment with innovative processes and new refinements, while never forgetting the precious tradition from which it comes. Capriz transforms milk from small pastures at high altitudes (over 800 meters) into fresh, soft, aged and hard cheeses.
