Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, Protected Geographical Indication, is the result of a skilful mixture of cooked musts and wine vinegar, all aged in oak barrels to give it those flavors which are typical of this product. The result is a fragrant and spicy balsamic vinegar, characterized by a good balsamic acidity, balanced by the sweetness of cooked musts, slightly acidic with a woody aftertaste. This vinegar is obtained exclusively with the organic method, without the use of pesticides and with full respect for the environment. The entire production process is therefore certified in order to guarantee to the consumers the compliance with the highest organic production standards. It is well suited for use on fresh or cooked vegetables, for marinating meat or fish but also for soups or main courses based on vegetables.
