Orogel Broccoli Rosette are the result of careful selection aimed at offering only the best inflorescences. Naturally rich in fiber, they encapsulate all the goodness of a freshly picked product and are excellent to enjoy with a simple drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or to enrich many typical regional preparations.

In pan (12 minutes): Pour frozen Rosette Broccoli into a skillet with 1/2 cup water, a pinch of salt and desired seasoning. Cover and cook for 6 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 6 minutes, turning occasionally. In the microwave (7 minutes): Place the unopened bag on a plate, with the back seal facing up. Place the plate in the microwave and start it for 7 minutes. When finished cooking, remove plate and pouch from microwave and wait 1-2 minutes before opening the package. Pour the Broccoli Rosette into a bowl and use as desired. The cooking time should increase by 1 minute for every 100 watts of power less. CAUTION: Do not open or puncture the package before placing it in the microwave. After cooking the pouch is very hot, touch it only at the ends.
