The Gasser bakery in Luson has always stood for high quality products, including the crispy rye bread 'Oro' with Regiograno. Made exclusively from South Tyrolean wheat, it is a pleasure to bite into because of its pleasant crunchiness. The palate is also satisfied: the aroma is reminiscent of fennel, cumin and coriander. A real success, confirmed by the numerous awards with which the bread has been awarded the highest score and the quality mark "GOLD".
Did you know that: The product is called Schüttelbrot in German, which literally means 'shaken bread'. The reason for this name is a special preparation technique in which the dough is shaken and flattened on a wooden board.
This product is fragile. Despite adequate packaging, breakages caused by transport cannot be excluded. These, however, do not affect the taste and quality of the product, so the right of return does not apply in case of damage due to transport or similar.
