Made exclusively from duck liver from Gascony in South West France where the fields are full of geese and ducks grazing peacefully in the widespread greenery. The liver is soaked in milk overnight and then marinated with pink pepper, whole grain salt, natural sweet wine from Rivesaltes and aged using the Solera method in Occitanie, a region in the South of France, and wild strawberries in mustard. This is followed by steaming, with no added preservatives, cream or butter.
