Capriz "Naturalis in Papaver" is a cut cheese made from cow's milk, with a washed rind and flavoured with poppy seeds. Poppy seeds give the cheese its characteristic black colour. Underneath is a yellowish, closed paste with scattered, irregular holes. The cheese has a pleasant, delicate, milky aroma with fine poppy seeds. The supple, elastic paste is creamy and fine. The buttery, milky taste is redefined by the presence of poppy seeds.
