Karl Telfser produces natural and regional gastronomic specialities in his workshop in Lana. The heart of his production is the processing of the high-quality meat of the South Tyrolean Laugenrind brand: reared free in the pastures, the young steers and calves come from the farms of 50 South Tyrolean mountain farms. The calves are only fed with milk from the breeding cows and no synthetic feed is used. No preservatives or artificial flavourings are used in the production process. The result: regional products with an authentic, natural flavour.
